Add header to groupe form sections

To make a form look better it is good to make sections in a form where you can divide different sections.

Example:

PERSONAL INFO Name field Adress field ...

EXPERIENCE 4 year of IT-Coordinations text fields ......

OTHER INFORMATION

.......

And so on.
