Add support of sharing statistics with self-hosted analytic tools

In a world where our dependency of the big tech 5 is constantly under consideration, support of sharing the statistics with self-hosted analytic tools would be amazing. Competitors for GA4 are Plausible Analytics or Umami, who positions themselves as the privacy-friendly Google Analytics alternative. It would be great to have a connection to such tools, perhaps with a custom set-up so Kadence does not need to integrate for every tool that people find usefull.

I think it would be super valuable, towards clients as well, to have the option to integrate to multiple analytic tools without relying too heavily on Google.
