Restrict Editors to Content-Only Editing

I’d love to see a feature that allows site administrators to restrict the Editor role so they can edit the content of blocks (e.g., text and images) but not modify block settings such as font size, colours, padding, margins, or other design-related options. This would help maintain design consistency while still allowing content updates. Ideally, this could be a permission setting that prevents Editors from adding or removing blocks as well. This feature would be incredibly useful for teams managing content without risking unintended design changes.

I realise there are Block Visibility settings under Kadence Block Controls but not all blocks are included and not all settings either plus it would be a lot of work to make the settings correct for all blocks.
